This course will explore the critical importance of who is named in responsible (fiduciary) positions in Wills and Trusts. Fiduciary’s duties to the principal, whether they are supervised or not, and the pitfalls they may encounter will be discussed. Practical administrative differences in the procedures required for Wills and Trusts will be compared and contrasted to assist attendees in their decisions regarding the most appropriate document for them and also who would be the best choice to serve as their fiduciary.
