This class will help increase flexibility for function and range of motion, improve balance and strength, and enhance energy and reduce stress. Make a commitment to feel better and stronger. Get motivated and energized! We strongly recommend that participants bring a water bottle and wear comfortable closed-toe shoes. Participants are required to sign Eckerd College’s activity waiver for this class.
