The Eckerd ‘OLLICard’ serves as the designated photo identification card for OLLI A+ members at Eckerd College. This versatile card combines a digitized photograph with electronic identification and validation capabilities, catering to various departments requiring confirmation of your affiliation. Engineered as a versatile platform, the OLLICard accommodates a wide array of services and functionalities.
Cardholder Responsibilities
- Unauthorized usage of the OLLICard by individuals other than its rightful recipient is explicitly forbidden.
- Inappropriate utilization of the card may result in disciplinary measures or other relevant consequences for the cardholder.
- The cardholder assumes responsibility for all losses linked to the card.
- Modifying the card in any manner, including hole-punching, marking, affixing stickers, or making alterations, is strictly proscribed.
- Surrender the OLLICard to the OLLI office when you are no longer an active member of OLLI.
Card Process (New and Replacement)
- Complete the online ID card application below.
- Submit a photo of yourself and a photo of your driver’s license or passport. (Smartphones make it easy.)
- Wait for the confirmation email. Note: Online card requests are normally processed in 5 to 7 business days, requests may take between 10 to 14 business days during peak academic seasons.
- Visit the OLLI Office at Eckerd College to pick up your card.
Acceptable Photo Examples
Submit one color photo, taken in the last six months. Photos must have a white or off-white background without shadows, texture, or lines. Please do not use filters commonly used on social media.
Payment
- First Card is included in the OLLI A+ membership fee
- Replacement Card—$10 (Free in certain cases)
