Gerald Ford, Jimmy Carter, and the 1970s
June 1 @ 10:30 am - 12:00 pm
$35Gerald Ford’s ascent to the presidency is unique in American history. His desire to rebuild trust in government met mixed reviews, and he became a transitional figure to the Carter administration. This discussion-oriented course treats students to a closer look at events during both administrations as they attempted to reset American domestic and foreign policy in the wake of Watergate and the war in Vietnam.
