Eclipses of the Sun in 2023 and 2024

Rare phenomena, solar eclipses are fascinating to watch and offer a great excuse for travel. This year, an annular eclipse visible from Oregon to Texas happens October 14; people from Texas to Maine will see a total eclipse of the sun on April 8, 2024.
